Applying her deep understanding of musical form, harmony and rhythm, Lucy has composed music to actively move the listener from one emotional state to another.

As you listen to the live vibraphone, you’ll be guided through:
• Gentle movement and stretching
• Breath work
• Or simply lying still and absorbing the sound.

What to bring:
• Comfortable clothing

Soft blankets and pillows will be laid out on the floor.
Pre and post performance, a drinks and healthy snack buffet will be provided.
